AIRTACHPA AR - HYP 556 MWS HPA Receiver - Style 1

CNC Machined from 7075 Aluminium at our state-of-the-art production facility in Northern Ireland, the HYP-AR is our magnum-opus to HPA GBBR in airsoft. 

Integrated HPA, Native Controls. The HYP-AR lower receiver is designed around PTS EPM M4 magazines, and will transform your MWS into a HPA-powered blowback monster.

HYP-AR Key Information

• The HYP-556 has a small internal volume. Because of this, you will need to use a PSI of 130–160.
• Ensure a high enough PSI that your bolt can return to battery reliably, ensuring consistent FPS, then regulate FPS with an NPAS.
• If you need higher FPS, you can:
  • Fit a tighter barrel
  • Use a longer barrel
  • Use heavier BBs
  • Fit an improved hop bucking
• If your replica has an NPAS fitted, we advise opening it halfway.
• Before connecting air, rack the HYP-AR using the charging handle. This is to ensure the hammer is not resting against the valve knocker, preventing a negligent discharge.
• A gap between upper and lower at the stock turret is completely normal on Double Eagle receivers. This is to accomodate various generations / tolerances and does not impact performance.

DO NOT EXCEED 160PSI WITH THE HYP-AR. ALWAYS USE AIR REGULATED BY A SECONDARY REGULATOR (EG AT200, WOLVERINE STORM, POLARSTAR MRS). CHECK YOUR PSI BEFORE CONNECTING AIR TO THE HYP-AR.
